Why Coaching?????

Some one once said, "It's not the size of the project that determines its acceptance, support & success. It's the size of the leader." I believe that is 100% true.
The reality is that we need to be developing as a leader. We need to invest greatly in doing this. Without being developed as a leader we will never unlock our potential. We need to seek counsel. We need to find coaches and mentors to lead us.
Putting this into action has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have spent the last few years seeking out mentors and coaches to help me. I have sought wisdom from men and leaders who have gone before me. I have spent my own money, my own time and sacrificed my own things in order to make it happen. The return has been amazing. I can truly say I am a better leader and better pastor. But even better, because I sought the right, godly mentors, I am a better husband and father. It has changed my life!
You can listen to my reasons all day, but here's the best reason.....God wants us to seek out wisdom!
A wise man will hear and increase in learning, and a man of understanding will acquire wise counsel. Prov 1:5
Sell everything and buy Wisdom! Forage for Understanding! Don't forget one word! Don't deviate an inch! Prov 4:5
